Siren Craft Brew is looking for someone to head up and run our sales team. Based out of our brewery near Reading, you will be responsible for growing the team and our sales across our entire channel base including Distribution, Retail, Export and Key Accounts.
Not only is Siren renowned for having a interesting and high quality set of flagship beers, but our collaborations and small batch releases tend to show off our playful side; we’re never afraid to make something unique and challenging of preconceptions.
Siren currently delivers to & manages customers directly in London, Bristol, Birmingham, Brighton and locally, along with a few other delivery routes along these paths. We also have a number of distribution partners throughout the UK and export to over 12 countries.
Leading from the front, you will be working directly with key accounts, visiting customers and prospects as well as training, developing, and setting targets for our passionate sales team in order to reach our wider objectives.
This is a hands on role, so you will need to be able to demonstrate that you are keen to roll up your sleeves and muck in with the rest of the sales team, opening customer accounts and converting customers into long term, regular, repeat clients.
The role will also include working closely with marketing and production to inform strategy and increase the reach of the company.
What we are looking for:
- Proven team management and leadership skills from within a sales environment
- Track record in a similar business/industry with both direct and channel sales experience
- Passion for great beer & great presentation and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Confident, persuasive, can do attitude

As a Warehouse Operative for Siren Craft Brew you will be responsible for the accurate picking and shipping of our beer to our thirsty customers via our own delivery vans and also pallet shipments including international exports. The candidate should be able to work to a high standard and follow company procedures and complete all required paperwork where required. You must be capable of lifting heavy weights and be prepared to work in a cold store environment when handling stock. Forklift experience and a licence would be of benefit, but not essential as training can be provided. A full UK clean driving licence would also be beneficial.

We are currently looking to hire another brewer to work in our brewhouse. We operate a 60hl manual british system & we package into cask, keg & bottle. As a small company with a great team culture you will be required to do everything from the brewing, packaging and lab work to preparing orders to shipping. You will also be required to represent Siren at various events throughout the UK and abroad.
· Wort Production, following a brew from start to finish
· Fermentation checks, Cellar Work, Transfers
· Preparation of Samples for QC work
· Yeasty handling & Management
· Sanitation Work
Skills and Experience Required:
· A minimum of 2 year in a similar environment
· A minimum of an IBD qualification or similar
· Solid understanding of QC, Hygenic & food safety procedures
· “Can Do” attitude along with demonstrable interpersonal and team building skills
· This is a physical job and you must be able to lift 25Kg bags.
