We are currently experiencing an overwhelming demand for online orders and are working our way through them as quickly as possible. Please note that we have a limited space in which to pick and pack orders. Due to our social distancing policy that means there is a finite amount of orders that we can feasibly dispatch in one day. We only use 24 hour courier services to give the beer as much chance as possible of arriving fresh. If you order before 2pm, we endeavour to dispatch the following day, However, in the current situation orders may take up to 3 working days to dispatch. Occasionally we will be unable to fulfill an order due to stock shortages or other issues beyond our control. In these cases we will contact you to discuss the challenges we are facing and what we propose to do.
CLICK AND COLLECT
If you're based locally, you can now choose to collect your order from the Tap Yard when you get to the checkout stage on our website. If you order before 3pm, your order will be available to collect from the next working day, within opening times as follows:
Wednesday 3pm – 8pm
Thursday 3pm - 8pm
Friday 3pm - 8pm
Saturday 10am - 2pm
Please do not visit outside of these times, or if you have not received an email advising that your order is ready for collection.
A delivery charge of £5.99 will be applied to each order, though a surcharge does apply to the Highlands and Islands*.
We use DPD's Responsible Delivery - CO2 Neutral service.
Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified when you complete your order. Where delivery requires a signatory upon receipt, all items must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over. A delivery driver will not deliver alcohol to any persons under the age of 18. Deliveries are collected Monday to Thursday and therefore orders processed on a Thursday may not be dispatched until the following Monday.
We deliver to the UK only (including Northern Ireland).

THE ORDERING PROCESS
As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Siren Craft Brew followed by confirmation when your package has been dispatched. Please note that the tracking number included on this dispatch email may take a few hours to show in the courier’s system so don’t worry if it doesn't show you the details of delivery immediately.
If you are not in when delivery is made a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. Should these delivery attempts fail, the goods will be returned to us and an additional delivery charge may be applied to redeliver.
While every effort is made to supply the items requested in the order, there are instances where this may not be possible and in this case we will contact the customer to offer either an item of the same or greater value or a refund.
Due to the nature of a brewery shop, we reserve the right to withdraw or replace products online without notice, prices are also subject to change without notice.
