Many thanks for your patience while we put in the groundwork to deliver all the bonus investment rewards. I'm delighted to announce the progress we've made.
Tap Yard Discount Cards - These are now ready to collect the next time you visit the Tap Yard. All your information, including the discount level, is already in the system. All you need to do to collect the card is show a member of our team some ID and you'll be good to go.
Online Accounts - These are in the very final stages of testing. On Monday you will receive an email from us asking you to reset your password. This will also be prompted on the usual login screen. From there you will have access to a special investor's dashboard. When you're logged in, our website will automatically apply your discount to any orders, show you all beers that are exclusively available to investors, show you investor-only articles and updates, and also allow you to download business updates that we provide.
Personalised Growlers - Eligible investors will receive an email next week inviting them to fill out a form with their personalisation requests.
Brewery Tours - Eligible investors will receive an email next week with a unique code to use against any of our available brewery tour dates.
Events - Some investors are eligible for free tickets or early access to our brewery parties. Details will be shared next week (a couple of dates are just being finalised) and you can grab your tickets well ahead of the crowd.
Exclusive Glassware - Eligible investors will receive an email when the glasses land in the UK with details of how to claim their glass. This will be in March.
Experiential Perks - Investors will be contacted individually about our plans for these days.
Notes
- In order to communicate the right information to the right people, we will be transitioning away from posting updates through Crowdcube. Please make sure awaken@sirencraftbrew.com is in your safe senders list to make sure you receive our communications.
- You will notice that we will make every effort to have the rewards collected from the brewery - when you're visiting for events, tours, beers or just to say hello. This helps keep costs down and saves the un-necessary environmental impact of shipping. Of course, we understand that not everyone will be able to visit us. In those cases, we will ship to you. We would appreciate your support in keeping the roll out as 'common-sensical' as possible.
Thanks again for your patience. We had an excellent end to 2018 as a business with the momentum carrying through to the start of this year. There will be a brief update waiting for you in the new members area to let you know how the business is performing.
