Our Range
Our ‘Sirens’ are inspired by the Greek mythology that gave us our name! We make Lumina Session IPA for those seeking a refreshing, universal experience, while our Soundwave IPA delivers the bold, distinctive hop character that’s defined us since day one. Our champion Broken Dream Breakfast Stout offers rich, coffee-infused complexity for those darker, indulgent moments, and Siren Pils demonstrates our mastery of clean, crisp lager brewing. These four beers embody our commitment to quality, innovation, and making beer that our customers want to tell their friends about!
The Value of Flagship Beers
Our flagship beers serve as both gateway and foundation for everything we do at Siren. We believe these beers create an expressive journey across interesting styles, while also acting as gateways to all the various journeys beyond - from barrel-aged barley wines to lip-puckering sours, to intense imperial stouts.
Having flagship beers allows us to know each recipe inside out, trialling, tweaking and perfecting through regular brewing and side-by-side tastings. They provide consistency for those seeking assurance in their end-of-week beer, yet remain flexible enough to evolve with innovations and changing palates.
Most importantly, backing our recipes this way gives us the chance to really build something lasting and meaningful, which we’ve made one of our core values.
Our Process
To build an artisanal product you have to approach it in the right way. Every stage in the brewing process is carefully thought through to ensure that we get the product we want at the end.
The brewing process hasn’t changed in hundreds of years, but as industrialisation has sped many things up, to us we take things slower. The beer will be ready when its ready, not because it needs to get out of the door.
