Returns & Refunds Policy
We take pride in every beer we brew and every order we send out — your satisfaction is important to us.
Because our beers and other consumable products are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you’ve simply changed your mind or ordered incorrectly.
If something isn’t right with your order — whether it’s damaged, faulty, or not what you expected — please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it. Drop us an email at siren@sirencraftbrew.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible.
Once we’ve reviewed your message, we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution as quickly as possible. In some cases, we may ask you to safely dispose of or return the affected items.
For non-perishable items, such as merchandise, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
