COMMON ONLINE ORDER FAQs
I've only received part of my order - where's the rest?
During busy times, larger orders that have been packed into multiple shipping boxes can occasionally be split in transit by the courier, usually occurring when parcels are sorted at your local DPD depot or hub. It is likely that any missing parcels should arrive with you the following day. If you still need assistance tracking a missing parcel, you can email us at siren@sirencraftbrew.com
An item has arrived damaged
We're sorry to hear this! Please send an email to siren@sirencraftbrew.com with a photo of the damaged item, and a description of the problem, alongside your order number. We'll be in touch soon within working-hours to help you out.
I've been sent the wrong/missing beer!
Please send us a photo of the incorrect beer or item that you have received, alongside a description of what are missing, to siren@sirencraftbrew.com. If you're missing beer, please provide a description of what has not arrived with you. Please note that if your shipping box states '1 of 2' on the label, and you have just received one box, the other should be on the way shortly!
I've ordered, but have received no shipping confirmation from DPD
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 9am on the same day, however during busy times of the year and festive breaks, there may be a slight delay on your order arriving. We've not forgotten about you, and we'll be shipping your order out as soon as possible! Our warehouse hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
DELIVERY TIMES
We use 24-hour courier services to give the beer as much chance as possible of arriving fresh to your door. If you order before 9am, we endeavour to deliver the following day. During busy periods, orders may take up to three working days to dispatch.
Orders to the Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland have a delivery turnover of 2-3 working days.
Occasionally we may be unable to fulfil an order due to stock shortages or other issues beyond our control. In these cases, we will contact you directly to discuss the challenges we are facing and what we propose to do.
CLICK AND COLLECT
If you live locally to our premises in Finchampstead, you can choose to collect your order free of charge from the Tap Yard when you reach the checkout stage on our website.
Orders placed before 9am will be available to collect from the next working day, within our following opening times:
- MONDAY - CLOSED
- TUESDAY 10:00 - 21:00
- WEDNESDAY 10:00 – 21:00
- THURSDAY 10:00 – 21:00
- FRIDAY 10:00 – 22:00
- SATURDAY 12:00 – 22:00
- SUNDAY 12:00 – 19:00
Please be aware that our Tap Yard staff are separate to our warehouse team who pack online orders. We will be unable to serve you if you arrive outside of these times, or if you have not received an email confirming that your order is ready for collection.
DELIVERY CHARGES AND ESTIMATES
We currently deliver to the UK only (including Northern Ireland).
Orders £60 and over to the UK Mainland will receive complimentary free shipping, with a charge of £5.99 applying to orders under £60.
Shipping to the Isle of Man and the Scilly Islands will incur a surcharge of £8.99* and will take 2-3 working days to arrive.
Shipping to UK Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland will incur a surcharge of £14.99* and will take 2-3 working days to arrive.
We currently deliver to the UK only (including Northern Ireland), and for the time being, we are no longer able to ship orders to Jersey and Guernsey postcodes.
Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified when you complete your order. Where delivery requires a signature upon receipt, all items must be signed for by an adult ages 18 years or older. Our courier will not deliver alcohol to any persons under the age of 18.
*This surcharge is set by the courier and the following postcodes are affected can be found here - DPD Highlands and Islands. We use DPD’s Responsible Delivery – CO2 Neutral Service.
THE ORDERING PROCESS
As soon as your place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us, followed by confirmation when your package has been dispatched.
If you are not home when a delivery is made, a calling card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the goods will be returned to us, and an additional delivery charge may apply to redeliver.
Due to the nature of a brewery shop, we reserve the right to withdraw or replace products online without notice. Prices are also subject to change without notice.
