The more you sip, the more it unfolds. Strata hops are named after the incredible layers of flavour they offer in IPAs, opening with juicy melon and a hint of strawberry aroma, before a dank, resinous depth takes hold.

Our house Vermont yeast weaves stone fruits into the mix, wrapped in a soft, oaty haze.
