Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. The estimated charge date for upcoming orders is visible on your customer account (see ‘show upcoming orders’ in your subscription management area).
Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel, skip or pause. You can make changes to your subscription at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation emails or by logging into your account.
To avoid being charged for your next delivery, cancellations must be made at least 2 working days before your next scheduled charge date. Orders will still be charged and delivered if your notification of cancellation is less than 2 working days before your next scheduled charge date.
If you cancel after payment has been processed, your order for that date will still be fulfilled and delivered. Your cancellation will apply from the next order date.
Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew, and no further payments will be taken.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in stock. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfil and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
