Lorelei is a love letter to time and craftsmanship.

This coconut porter, originally a homebrew sensation, now reaches new heights with a blend of one, two, and three-year bourbon barrel-aged beer. Layers of toasted coconut, silky maple, and deep oak intertwine, balancing sweetness with a refined tannic edge. Aged, blended, and carefully composed. Lorelei 2025 is an experience best savored.

Since 2019 this beer has included extra maple and coconut toasted to transcendence. A worthy continuation of one of the world’s most badass porters. 2025 marks the 9 year anniversary of this annual favourite, a collaboration between Omnipollo, Save Strachan and ourselves.
