What can you say about pale ales? Pale ale is one of the most popular beers the world over. It's hop-forward, but not so much as an IPA. That's because pale barley malts balance the beers to make them incredibly drinkable. Although this modest style originated in England, the American Pale Ale is now the more popular take, and tends to be where our pale ales sit most often. This means they're packed full of delicious new-world hops with tropical, citrus, floral or resinous flavours and aromas.
