WEB ORDER SHIPPING

What shipping service do you use?

We use DPD's Responsible Delivery - CO2 Neutral service. This is a tracked 24hr service for Mainland UK, and a tracked 48hr service for all other locations (however, please allow 3-5 working days). Brewery tour vouchers and Gift vouchers will be sent out as a 1st class Royal Mail letter.

When will my order arrive?

If you order by 9am, we endeavour to deliver your order the next working day through our 24hr delivery service. You will receive an email from DPD after we ship your order, with a tracking number and additional dispatch information. Please note that during busy periods, orders may take up to 3 working days to dispatch.

Do you offer local collection?

We offer a free click and collect service from our Tap Room in our Finchampstead residence. Just choose 'collect from brewery' at the checkout, and you’ll be able to collect your order the next working day. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready to collect before coming along.

When can I pick up my Click and Collect order?

You can now collect your online order any day of the week, Monday through Sunday. Please note that you need to have received the email confirming your order is ready for collection. Our Tap Room is closed on Mondays, but you can still collect your order from our warehouse. Please be aware that the Tap Yard is a working environment. We are open for collection at the following times:

Monday: 12:00 – 17:00
Tuesday: 10:00 – 21:00
Wednesday: 10:00 – 21:00
Thursday: 10:00 – 21:00
Friday: 10:00 – 22:00
Saturday: 12:00 – 22:00
Sunday: 12:00 – 19:00

 

How much is shipping?

For Mainland UK orders under £60, a delivery charge of £5.99 will be applied. This charge is reflected at £14.99 for orders to the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland. Orders over £60 are shipped free of charge.

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from DPD with shipping details, and a link to track your parcel. Within this email, you will be given the option to change delivery details, add a safe place, or reschedule your delivery.

Do you deliver overseas?

We do not currently ship orders overseas.

GENERAL ORDER QUERIES

How can I get in touch about an order?

Do you offer discounts for buying in bulk?

We offer a discount when you buy a 12 pack of a specific beer. When adding to your basket, select the box labelled ‘Buy More and Save’ for this discount to be applied.

Can I add a gift message to my order?

At the checkout page, check the box labeled 'tick to add gift message'. Here, you can enter a gift message of your choosing. We will print this message out and stick it directly inside the box, or for £1.95 extra we will stick the message inside a gift card to be included alongside the order.

How can I make an amendment to an order I have placed?

We will always try to accommodate changes to orders, when possible, but due to our 24hr delivery turnaround, our packing team will sometimes get to your order before we see your enquiry! Please email [email protected] as soon as possible for the best chance of making a change to your order.

How do I use a voucher code?

You can use your voucher code at checkout, by entering it into the field titled “Got a voucher/coupon code?”. Please note that we currently only allow the usage of one voucher code per order.

Can I exchange an item in a mixed case?

Unfortunately, not. We have an array of mixed cases with the aim to provide something for everyone, and cannot substitute beers within these cases. We do sell a blank gift box, which can be filled with four beers and a glass of your choosing – ideal for creating that perfect gift pack! I’m ordering for a friend; can I hide the cost of the order?

We do not include a physical invoice in the box – just a summary of the included contents. This is because the invoice is part of your email order confirmation. Your chosen recipient will never know how much you’ve spent on them.

PAYMENT

What do I do if my payment has been declined?

Please double check that the billing address you are entering matches the one on your payment card. This can be sensitive, so please ensure the details are identical. As a next step, please contact your bank. If you have any further declined payments, you can get in touch with us at [email protected].

What payment methods do you accept?

We are currently accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I add multiple discount codes to my order?

We are currently unable to allow multiple discount codes on orders. Please note that some mixed cases like our ‘Mystery Box’ will not accept discount codes due to their already significantly reduced price.

Can you provide me with a VAT receipt?

Our VAT number and registered company address is provided on the order confirmation you received to your email. If you require a more detailed VAT  receipt, please get in touch with us directly at [email protected]

PROBLEMS WITH MY ORDER

There are some cans missing from my order. What do I do?

We’re sorry to hear you’ve been left thirsty. Please drop us an email at [email protected] being sure to include your order number and the items missing. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution!

What should I do if my order has arrived damaged?

We’re very sorry to hear this. Please direct any report of major damage/leakage to [email protected], alongside clear photos of the damage. Please be aware that we are unable to replace or refund any cans with simple denting from transit – but don’t worry, the beer will taste just as good!

Only part of my order has arrived, what do I do?

Sometimes, deliveries can become split in transit by our courier. We are unable to guarantee that orders containing multiple boxes will arrive together. If you have received only a partial order, please contact DPD in the first instance. If you need further assistance, email [email protected], being sure to include your order number and what is missing from your order.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Do you sell any Free From beers?

Absolutely! We currently host three EU certified Gluten Free beers; Lumina, Futurist and Pastel Pils. As for vegan beers, a great majority of our brews do not contain lactose or any animal by-products. When will my favourite beer be returning?

As is the nature of many craft beer brews, we can never guarantee the return or re-brewing of specific beers, though we do have our flagship core range, and regular returners such as Pastel Pils, Futurist and Pompelmocello. Are Lumina, Futurist and Pastel Pils really gluten free?

Absolutely. All three beers are certified gluten free, and the level of gluten tests below the required levels within the EU legislation (under 20 parts per million). It is brewed with ingredients that have Gluten in, but the enzymes used in production break it down to below the required standards. This is why gluten is listed on the back of cans. Every batch is tested, as obviously we want to get this right. People who are Celiac will have varying levels of intolerance, so it is up to them on a case-to-case basis.

What’s inside the Mystery Box – is it random?

Our Mystery Box is a set selection, and not a random choice by our packing team. This means that if you purchased two of these, they would include the same beers. We do change the case up every now and then!

We believe that this box represents excellent value, and we are unable to refund unwanted cans due to the nature of this mixed box.

We love all well-behaved dogs, and have water bowls and treats at the ready inside our Tap Room!

Can I book at table down at the Tap Yard?

When are new releases available to purchase in the tap yard?

We generally look to release new brews each week. These will usually be available in cans to purchase on Fridays in the Tap Room fridge. Want to be among the first to hear about these new brews? Be sure to subscribe to our weekly mailer: https://www.sirencraftbrew.com/newsletter

What can I fill my growler with?

We have 10 separate lines flowing, with a unique brew on each. You can fill your growlers with any beer, but we do have a limit of 7.5% abv. Be sure to bring along your growler loyalty card, or enquire with our Tap Yard staff if you don’t already have one!

What growlers can I use to fill beer with?

Aluminium and glass growlers are perfect to bring Siren beer direct from the source to the comfort of your own home. Please ensure that your growlers are clean upon bringing them to be filled – we won’t be able to fill them if not! Don’t have a growler? Not to worry. We sell 1 litre and 2 litre growlers both online and in the Tap Room.

Are the online mixed cases available for purchase at the Tap Room?

Our Tap Room is a separate entity to our online Web Shop, and so these cases are not made up and ready to purchase upon arrival to our Tap Room. You can, however, purchase these mixed cases online and choose ‘collect from brewery’ for fast and free local collection.

Are you child friendly?

Absolutely. We stock an array of soft drinks, and have two high chairs and a changing table available for use.

TOURS, EVENTS & TRADE

How do I book a brewery tour?

You can either purchase a physical brewery tour voucher (ideal for gifts) from our web shop or Tap Room, or jump straight in and book a tour by visiting this link: https://www.sirencraftbrew.com/visit-the-brewery/tours. Remember, each £30 voucher is valid for 2 people to visit!

How do I book a tour if I already have a voucher?

Your voucher includes a code that can be entered when booking online at www.sirencraftbrew.com/tours. After selecting your desired slot, click on ‘enter promo code’ and type in the code as appears on your voucher.

When do you run brewery tours?

We run our tours every Saturday, with a couple of time slot options available. When booking your tour online, you will be shown the available tours.

I can no longer attend my booked tour – what do I do?

If you are unable to attend a tour that you have booked in, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your name, time/date of the booking, and reason for cancelling. We will be in touch shortly to reach a resolution.
