DELIVERY TIMES

We only use 24 hour courier services to give the beer as much chance as possible of arriving fresh. If you order before 3pm, we endeavour to dispatch the following day. However, in many cases we'll be quicker than this. Occasionally we will be unable to fulfill an order due to stock shortages or other issues beyond our control. In these cases we will contact you to discuss the challenges we are facing and what we propose to do.

 

WE DO NOT SHIP ON FRIDAYS

Our beer is stored in a 4°C cold store from the moment it is packed and we want to make sure you get the beer in the best possible condition. For this reason, we don't like the idea of deliveries sitting in ambient temperature warehouses over the weekends, and will not ship out on Fridays. 

 

CLICK AND COLLECT

To guarantee you get the beers you’re looking for when planning a brewery visit, or to save the £6 postage cost online, you can now choose to collect your order from the brewery when you get to the checkout stage on our website. If you order before 3pm, your order will be available to collect from the next working day. As long as you've had a confirmation that your order is ready to collect, you can also pick up during Tap Yard opening hours (Thurs-Sat 12-8pm).

 

 DELIVERY CHARGES

A delivery charge of £5.99 will be applied to each order, though a surcharge does apply to the Highlands and Islands*.

Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified when you complete your order. Where delivery requires a signatory upon receipt, all items must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over. A delivery driver will not deliver alcohol to any persons under the age of 18. Deliveries are collected Monday to Thursday and therefore orders processed on a Thursday may not be dispatched until the following Monday.

We deliver to the UK only (including Northern Ireland).

THE ORDERING PROCESS

As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Siren Craft Brew followed by confirmation when your package has been dispatched. Please note that the tracking number included on this dispatch email may take a few hours to show in the courier’s system so don’t worry if it doesn't show you the details of delivery immediately.

If you are not in when delivery is made a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. Should these delivery attempts fail, the goods will be returned to us and an additional delivery charge may be applied to redeliver. 

While every effort is made to supply the items requested in the order, there are instances where this may not be possible and in this case we will contact the customer to offer either an item of the same or greater value or a refund. 

Due to the nature of a brewery shop, we reserve the right to withdraw or replace products online without notice, prices are also subject to change without notice.
