Committing to Cask with Draft House
We're delighted to announce that as of this weekend, you'll be able to enjoy our beer on cask across all thirteen Draft House bars on a permanent basis! You will always find at least one Siren cask on the bar - which will rotate from our freshest available cask beer - the likes of Yu Lu (3.6% Loose Leaf Pale Ale), Undercurrent (4% Oatmeal Pale Ale), Sound Wave (5.6% West Coast IPA), Suspended in... (Rotating Hop 4% Hazy Pale Ale Series), Liquid Mistress (5.8% Red IPA) and Broken Dream (6.5% Breakfast Stout). This means we'll have vans visiting all the Draft House locations every week - so you'll also have a pretty good chance of finding some fresh keg beer on the bar as well, along with a selection of our latest and greatest in the fridges. In addition, we're kicking off the new arrangement with a Six Nations special!
Ruck ’n’ Maul is exclusive to Draft House on cask. We’ve matched up six delicious malts and six beautiful hops to create an event worthy of the tournament itself! Up front you’ll be hit with stone fruit and citrus aromas, following through with clean citrus and berry notes in the taste. Our carefully selected barley and wheat malts provide balance with a delicate sweetness and hearty backbone. Tasty enough to keep you interested when your mate’s talking tactics, light enough to see you through the busy schedule. Look out for that and more from this weekend onwards. Thanks to Draft House for backing our flavour-forward approach to cask beer. They share our dedication to QC and will be training their cellar staff on a regular basis with our support. We're confident, as with all of the places that our cask beer is served, that it will be in the best possible condition on the bar. Stay tuned for events and special releases throughout the year!
