Event: The Bottle Shop Ten Tap Takeover

bottleshopPop-up at The Bottle Shop Saturday 25th April 2015 12pm – 7pm 128 Druid Street, London, SE1 2HH We’ve got a big Saturday planned for Siren fans in London (we think there may be a few of you), when we join the Bermondsey Beer Mile for one afternoon only. Our friends at The Bottle Shop have invited us over to Bermondsey to take over their new tap system, giving us a full ten lines to play with that we intend to take full advantage of! We’ll be bringing a full range of beer styles including some old favourites and some limited-run specials, here’s what you can expect to see on show: Dippy and the Equinox - An 8% Imperial IPA that has smashed the record for the most hops we’ve ever used in a beer. White Tips - Our expression of a Wit Beer combined with IPA hopping, back for Spring 2015. Dinner for Four - A 4.1% hoppy Vienna Pale Ale with Simcoe, Cluster and Centennial brewed in collaboration with Elusive Brewing. bottleshopSoundwave - Our flagship 5.6% West Coast IPA: golden, immensely hoppy and alive with grapefruit, peach and mango flavours. Ardbeg Barrel-Aged Broken Dream - An amped-up 7.2% version of our Breakfast Stout, barrel aged in Ardbeg Scotch Whisky Barrels. Undercurrent - Our core range 4.5% Oatmeal Pale Ale with spicy, grassy aromas and a taste of grapefruit and apricot. Half Mast - Flavour, balance and body at only 2.8%. Our Quarter IPA is heavily hopped but with low bitterness, popping with notes of mango and grapefruit to form the perfect summer beer. Love of Work - A collaboration with Hill Farmstead in Vermont, this hoppy Blonde Ale has been brewed with Earl Grey tea then dry-hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Centennial. Liquid Mistress - A 5.8% West Coast Red IPA in our core range: burnt raisins and crackers balanced by citrus. Limoncello IPA - This is a truly different beer. The concept was to develop the flavour and mouthfeel of Limoncello and fuse with the carbonation and lemony hop hit of an IPA. A must try. If you fancy joining us on Saturday but aren't familiar with The Bottle Shop, here’s where we'll be: We hope to see you there!
