Our first ever Cascadian Dark Ale is an amalgamation of rich dark malts, toasty coconut and tropical hops. Roast notes meet spicy rye to create a real nuttiness to the flavour, layered with desiccated coconut. Sabro offers yet more coconut aroma, working in tandem with El Dorado and Talus for punchy pineapple high notes.
